M, T, Th, Fr : 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.; closed 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; closed 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Pay

Competitive and based on past work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care treatment in an employer-based setting.
• Offer episodic care (low acuity urgent care).
• Manage chronic diseases.
• Provide pediatric acute care for ages 2+.
• Perform CLIA waived tests.
• Dispense prescription medications (must obtain Florida Dispensing License).
• Collaborate with onsite employees for biometric screening and health education.
• Provide one-on-one health coaching and refer patients to wellness programs.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Graduate of a certified NP program.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of NP experience in internal medicine or family practice.
• Ability to practice independently.
• DEA licensure and prescriptive authority (Or ability to obtain before starting).
• Electronic Health Record experience.
• BLS certification.
• Passion for overall health, wellness, and patient education.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Graduate of a certified NP program.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of NP experience in internal medicine or family practice.
• Ability to practice independently in Florida.
• DEA licensure and prescriptive authority (Or ability to obtain before starting).
• Electronic Health Record experience.
