We are requesting ALL NPs affected by a contract termination or an application denial from ANY company to provide us with your clinic details and the letter/s you have received.
1. Complete this form to give us clinic details - https://forms.gle/zdRpDD8qwzzLGSgu8
2. Email us your termination and/or denial letters to admin@flanp.org.
We will be compiling this information in order to provide evidence and facts to the public and to legislators we will be speaking with. Although these conversations have started, we plan to continue to pursue and push this issue.
NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT!
Let’s help protect our patients and businesses!!
